What should I do during a plumbing emergency?
Shut off the water at the main valve to limit damage, then call us at (705) 888-9570. For a burst pipe, turning off the water and the water heater is the priority while we’re on the way.
How fast can you respond?
We prioritize emergencies by severity. From our Stayner base we can often reach nearby communities within 30–60 minutes during business hours, and we make the trip for emergencies across our service area.
